Who we are and what we do
Konectd Advisory & Consulting provides strategic advisory, exit readiness, sell-side preparation, business planning, diligence preparation, buyer positioning, marketing coordination, and related business advisory services for owner-led companies.
Konectd Advisory & Consulting is not a licensed securities broker-dealer, investment bank, law firm, public accounting firm, or registered investment advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice.
Third-party providers and partners
Some services may involve coordination with third-party providers, prospective buyers, strategic acquirers, private equity firms, family offices, lenders, advisors, communications platforms, analytics providers, implementation partners, or other third parties. Konectd is not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms, decisions, pricing, underwriting, or data practices of third parties unless a written agreement specifically states otherwise.
No guaranteed transaction outcome
We do not guarantee buyer interest, valuation levels, financing availability, transaction structure, timing, successful completion of a sale, or any other transaction outcome.
SMS Terms

Calls, AI receptionist, and chatbot
Calls, chats, and messages may be answered by an AI receptionist or chatbot and may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or stored for quality, training, documentation, support, and operational purposes where permitted by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use our websites or services to violate law, submit false or unauthorized information, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or security, send spam or prohibited content, abuse or harass others, or impersonate anyone.
Limitation of liability
